As part of our commitment to our clients we undertake to provide the following as part of our services:

  • We will provide a named one point of contact accountant to liaise with you regarding your accounting needs.
  • As part of our service, we undertake to provide unlimited help and support throughout the year (more in depth and or specialist requirements may involve additional charges).
  • Free support is provided for our clients using our online software.
  • Financial statements are to be completed within 3 months of the customers year end providing all of the necessary information is received.
  • The service outlined in the clients’ engagement letter will be provided as detailed in the engagement letter and is tailored to the accounting package required.
  • Telephone and email support will be provided during the company’s operating hours Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Telephone calls and emails outside of these hours will be responded to the next working day.
  • We do not outsource any accounting work oversees or to other firms within the UK. All of our work is carried out by our own staff in house.

The above is guaranteed as long as our clients meet their commitments to us of paying our fees when due and providing the relevant information on a timely basis.
